  YANSAB PROJECT STAGE • Olefins-1 (one of the largest in world) is having designed capacity of producing 1.3 MMTPA of Ethylene and 0.4 MMTPA of propylene by cracking Ethane & Propane in a facility of cost 1.0 billion US$ designed by Technip, Italy.• Supervised flaw less first light up of furnaces for dry out.• Supervised Solo Run of formerly world’s largest Cracked Gas, Propylene & Ethylene refrigeration compressorturbines of Siemens Make.• Was solely responsible for ensuring accuracy, ease, and functionality of all DCS graphics, developing newDCS graphics with Control System Engineer for better control and accuracy and completeness of alarms inDCS• Was responsible for functional test of all “Furnaces”.• Carried out SAT for Operator Training Simulator (OTS) system.• As Sub System Owner, was responsible for furnace area erection monitoring, verification as per PID,Chemical Cleaning of all eight furnaces, steam blowing and air drying of hot section, and commissioning.UNITED PROJECT STAGE UNTIL NORMAIL OPERATION RUNING, • Ethane Cracker Unit having designed capacity of 1.3 MMTPA of Ethylene manufacture by cracking ethane . Plant designed on KBR Company and Detailed Engineering is done by Chiyoda Japan. • I had worked in UNITED (one of SABIC companies) ethylene plant since commissioning stage and later on plant start up, following all safety operating procedures and successfully commissioned the plant in record time. • Maintain Furnace and Quench area operation, to increase run length of furnaces and minimize the maintenance activities. • Prepared furnace decoking as per plans, and equipment PM schedules. • Maintain the Ethylene purification areas, to maintain product quality at required specs, targeting lower than budget energy consumption. • Trained new Operator to work on field and DCS control. • Worked on Yokogawa Centum CS DCS of Hot and Cold Section as a console operator. عرض أقل

  • Shift supervisor in advance with other assignments. • Had to ensure pump changeover, equipment changeover schedules are available and implemented in time. • Reported chemical inventory availability, usage and deviations. • Supervised operators in normal operations, and advised appropriate actions during emergencies. • Followed up maintenance activities progress with panel operators. • made sure that all records, forms, work instructions, SOPs, Department procedures, Inter Department Procedures, are available for use and filed for ISO 9001 compliance. • Ensured manpower availability in shift, and coordinated vacations, absence. • Trained DCS Operators on Operator Training Simulator (OTS) and participated in qualification as per JQP procedure • Prepared monthly training report and feedback about constraints in meeting training objectives. عرض أقل
