  At the start of 2023, my bosses approached me with the idea of working remotely from Auburn by helping our recruitment staff. I found this opportunity to be perfect for me because I enjoy talking to people and getting to know future members of our staff. At Chick-fil-A Greystone, we have a four phase interview process before we bring an applicant on our team. We believe it’s important to hire someone that truly believes in our core values and exhibits high-quality aspirations for their career at Chick-fil-A. My role consists of exercising the first phase of the interview process, which is a phone interview to determine if an applicant fits our standards. From there, I help make sure applicants are being moved through our interview processes at a reasonable timeframe by following up with our director team and updating an Excel spreadsheet with our applicant information. Taking on the role of Recruitment Coordinator has been a very fruitful experience for me. Show less During my time as a team leader at Chick-fil-A Greystone, I was in charge of the regulation of day-to-day store management and the supervision of around 30 team members' productivity. I am also responsible in ensuring that Chick-fil-A Greystone is following corporate protocols for cleanliness, service, and food safety. In addition, I am also responsible for the stewardship of finances and delicate technology, including iPads, credit-card readers, and POS systems.   As a member of the Field Team Staff, Chick-fil-A Inc. has trusted me along with other trainers to support new or transitioning Chick-fil-A restaurants by teaching and coaching Team Members on processes and procedures in a fun and caring environment. My sole experience as a member of the Field Team Staff was in July 2022 in Fort Myers, FL. At this location, I retrained employees to follow corporate operating and brand standards (Food Safety, Food Quality, Cleanliness, Hospitality, Fast Service, etc.). While this experience had difficult challenges, I was able to learn how to build relationships quickly with the team in Fort Myers and grow them to serve their community better than before I arrived.   Marketing And Development Intern

  During the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity of a lifetime by interning with Kinetic Communications, a boutique company that helps other companies understand and apply the latest Internet technologies. I improved Kinetic's internal systems by implementing an open-source website monitoring system for their clients, clearing up space on servers, and establishing Google Analytics 4 properties for clients. I gained experience in project management, creating proposals, contracts, and quotes for current and prospective clients. I was entrusted to sit in many client meetings and engage with clients to meet their requests for certain projects. In addition, I executed website maintenance for a few of our clients on WordPress and Shopify content management systems. Show less

  B2B Sales Development Intern

  During the spring of 2024, I was blessed to receive an offer to join AT&T's B2B Sales Development Program as an intern for the summer of 2024. My first month consisted of comprehensive Learning & Development programs on AT&T's sales techniques and product offerings, and prospecting businesses in need of wireless communication and fiber internet solutions using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, streamlining lead management. My last month consisted of more client-facing interaction, including cold-calling, door-knocking and emailing landscaping and trucking companies in Dallas, TX, Nashville, TN, and Birmingham, AL, leading to 9 set meetings. In addition, one of my favorite parts of the internship was shadowing the North Texas B2B sales team, adopting talk tracks for cross-selling wireless services to existing fiber customers. Show less
