This consisted of ;- planning, marketing and hosting a roadshow for UK and Ireland banks, - developing other initiatives to allocate Games ticket packages to Banks based on their internal campaigns - Managing the logistics of delivering/presenting Games tickets packages Coordinate logistics and plan schedules for Visa’s global client training events; Instructor-led courses, online courses, custom courses and webinars. The role also includes administering finances for the events; tracking expenses within forecast budget, reconciling client billing reports and monitoring the purchase order and invoice process.
