About me

Ameya has a rich and extensive knowledge & experience of over a decade in corporate consulting, accounting, tax returns & legal services in corporate, partnership, individuals & trusts. • Ameya has completed his doctoral studies in Economics from Switzerland with his Research thesis on “Digital Currency Management, Circulation and Taxation Regime in India.” • As an Advocate, Ameya has extensive knowledge in Legal drafting, conveyancing, corporate agreements & contracting. • As a US CPA, Ameya has been instrumental in establishing and incorporating business structures and corporations globally for his clients. He also engages himself in book keeping, accounting and taxation services to his clients across industries. • As Company Secretary, Ameya has extensive knowledge about the legal compliance, filing requirements & corporate governance. He thus regularly serves as an independent director, trustee & consultant on the boards of various companies & trusts across a wide spectrum of industries. • Prior to forming his own practice, Ameya worked as a Finance associate at Avaya Telecommunications Inc within the niche domain of German GAAP, book-keeping & reconciliations of Avaya’s German, Austrian and Swiss subsidiaries with work locations at Frankfurt & Pune.
