  • Have been assigned as Agile Lead to transform the bank’s delivery approach from projects to product lines. This consists of establishing multifunctional teams that each make up a portion of the business’ value stream and are dedicated and co-located, while coaching them in scrum, managing senior stakeholders and advertising the merits of an agile operating model.• Was able to transform the working culture of a few teams by injecting scrum values into team members frequently and eliminating waste and dysfunctional values, processes, tools and environments.• Have so far kickstarted 8 scrum teams under 5 distinct product lines pertaining to the retail and corporate banking divisions.
