I executed various steps of the claims process from the initial report to obtaining legally required documentation after a total loss or for subrogation, while leading the team in SLO metrics through effective time management in a high production/high phone call environment. I provided support for a workforce development project that helped to anticipate the human resources needed based on the call volume at any given time and established the workflow for a new department that served expedited claims handling in local agent offices. The most rewarding experience in my 16 year career at State Farm was getting to serve as the subject matter expert on my team of 20, during the roll out of a new Sales Force based operating system.
