  Lifeguard

  In the summer of 2015, Ansley was a lifeguard for the Thomasville YMCA. She worked for about eight hours a day and three or more days a week. Ansley was one of the youngest lifeguards, working alongside college students. Within the first week of working there, she was named ‘Guard of the Week’.

  Seasonal Retail Assistant

  During the holiday season, Ansley worked for DDP. Her responsibilities included cleaning the store, organizing set ups, serving the customers, answering the phones, and calling customers. She worked mostly five days a week for five hours on weekdays, and nine to twelve hours on Saturdays. Because of the quality of work she put in, she was offered a part time position following the holiday season.

  Ansley was responsible for a variety of tasks while interning at FBC Thomasville. She accomplished anything from creating media content to planning events to filling in occasionally as the church secretary.

  Ansley was an assistant to a Pinterest Strategist and Manager. Her duties consisted of formulating pins for Pinterest, creating graphics through the platform Canva, and writing captions for bloggers and start-up companies.

  Merchandise Sales Assistant

  In addition to making sales for this book store, Ansley also made calls, assisted customers, took inventory, mailed orders and returns, and organized the floor and stock rooms. During her time there, she learned the businesses' computer system and worked during their busiest seasons. This included the holidays.
