  As a Frontend Team Lead, I led the creation of a high-performing team by conducting over 80 interviews to identify and hire exceptional developers. Together, we worked on a scalable headless e-commerce platform designed to streamline adoption across multiple brands without requiring individualized development efforts.The project incorporated modern frontend technologies, with Nuxt.js serving as the foundation of the frontend. We utilized Nuxt Layers to build a modular architecture, enabling reusable components and streamlined development. Express.js was implemented as middleware to support backend integrations, ensuring smooth communication between systems. Design tokens were directly integrated into CSS, allowing for rapid and consistent theming updates across the platform.Additionally, the platform integrated tools like Bloomreach Discovery, Engagement, and CMS to enhance functionality and drive user engagement.This initiative resulted in a highly flexible and future-proof e-commerce solution, empowering brands to achieve consistency, scalability, and quick adaptability with minimal effort. Show less As a Frontend Developer on the Site Performance team, my primary responsibility was to enhance the performance of the app by leveraging various optimization techniques. I utilized tools such as Webpack, Lighthouse, and SpeedCurve to track and measure the app's performance metrics.Using Webpack, I focused on improving the build process of the application. I successfully implemented strategies to reduce the app's size by purging unused CSS, splitting the app into multiple chunks, and effectively employing lazy loading techniques. By doing so, I achieved significant reductions in the app's loading times and overall resource consumption.During my time in this role, I took a proactive approach in resolving various issues identified by Lighthouse and SpeedCurve, fine-tuning the app's performance to ensure it met or exceeded performance benchmarks.
