   Single point of contact with customer and maintain an effective flow of information. Review of contracts and scope of work. Identifying all the stakeholders and creating stakeholder register. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within allocated budget during execution phase. Developing Project management plan, attending Kick‐Off Meeting (KOM). Identifying risk and maintain risk register. Collection of requirements and specification as per scope of work, creating scope base line. Listing activities, sequencing activities, estimating resources, estimating resource duration, developing schedule using Microsoft project. Responsible to finalize and make selection of Sub vendor, Sub‐contractors during execution. Coordinating with Internal Departments for getting the project deliverables within the agreed timeline and allocated budget. Coordinating with the client Project team, sub‐contractor, and vendor on regular basis for successful project completion. Generating Status Report, Monthly Progress report for Client and higher management. Monitoring Project schedule and tracking the activities completion within the Base timeline. Responsible for making final decision related to Technical, Commercial, and quality during conflicts. Provide project financial information to finance team on regular basis. Conducting Project Closure meeting, Client Signoff at the completion of the project. Preparing Project execution plan and estimating Project management hours. Evaluating commercial contracts in the pre‐bid stage and suggesting risk reserves based on the commercial and technical review to the sales department and recommend allocation of risk reserves. Advising finance team to invoicing once milestone is achieved. Giving clearance on vendor and sub‐contractor invoice to process payment. Continuous watch over the scope of work and get the variation order as applicable during execution stage. Show less
