  I managed a client list of over 150 small/medium businesses. In addition to inputting their payroll, I researched and resolved client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns. I was able to reduce payroll administration costs 15 to 30% for clients by negotiating pricing while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services which in the end, increased revenue for Paychex because I was able to preserve straying clients and obtain new ones.   In my current role I lead all aspects of the TSD (Technical Services Division) data analytics team, including meeting with department managers to understand data needs, developing and prioritizing project lists, creating execution strategies, and leading projects to completion. I am responsible for developing strategy and implementation of comprehensive tools that allows raw data to be transformed into business insights. I work with my team to develop advanced analytics and dashboards using a variety of systems and methods to perform deep analysis that aids in improved business decisions.I have earned my Project Management Certification at MNAO which confirms that I have: proficiency in Microsoft Project, completed 9 internal PM courses, completed 20+ hours of PM mentoring, and demonstrated the ability to lead at least 2 successful projects to completion.
