I started out working in the area that was known as IBM production area. I moved from IBM racking to IBM inspection & packaging. Soon after working in the inspection area of IBM I was asked to do the quality and inspection of all product. During my time of becoming a quality inspector I was challenged to multi-task from shipping/receiving to unracking & packaging customer product(s). After spending 12 years providing the skills I had acquired and my abilities throughout the company I was promoted to Production Team Leader. Show less
