As a configuration management specialist I controlled changes to the configuration items to include incorporated red/green line changes to drawings, changes to the bill of material, and maintaining software configuration and their baselines. I conducted configuration status accounting and physical configuration audits on the configuration items. I identified the configuration of product baselines and maintained the integrity of those baselines. I preformed first article and first piece inspection on new incoming electrical, mechanical, and fabricated metal items using hand tools, following dimensional call outs from drawings and specification sheets. I provided and maintained weekly quality metrics to ensure forward progress within the organization, and was able to identify and remove barriers to our companies success. I am also certified in quality management and ISO: 9000 management.
