  I worked in the Compensation team at Cartus preparing compensation estimates for Expatriates/Localisers relocating to Europe, Middle East and Africa. Laising with the client internationally, working with employees up to President level and creating good working relationships globally. Always making myself available for questions to ensure client satisfaction and to manage their expectations effectively. I managed my work from beginning to end, using my initiative to preempt any issues arising and ensure the correct policy and procedure was followed throughout. I worked as part of a small team where collaboration was vital and I worked well as part of a team, assisting others and helping with workload cover. I worked on a number of projects to improve working efficiency within the team, including a project to completely redo a Microsoft excel tool which involved collating information, liaising with our APAC and American team and creating the tool to be used ongoing within the team in all regions. I had a proven 100% accuracy level in auditing and showed very high attention to detail. The role involved plenty of problem solving and I faced these challenges with a logical approach and followed through until issues were fully resolved. I managed multiple inbox's daily and had to prioritize work to ensure tasks were completed with SLAs.   Working within the operations team, I am responsible for overseeing production and distribution of our drinks brands. Focussing mainly on WKD, my role requires constant collaboration within other areas of the business to ensure production happens in a timely manner whilst ensuring stock is available to fulfil forecasted volumes. I liaise closely with teams on site at the factory to ensure effective stock rotation of finished goods as well as coordinating just in time deliveries of raw materials in line with the production schedule. I also manage the allocation of stock for export orders, ensuring the correct information is provided for duty compliance and ensuring there is adequate shelf life remaining on the product should there be a long shipping requirement.
