I managed my work from beginning to end, using my initiative to preempt any issues arising and ensure the correct policy and procedure was followed throughout. I worked as part of a small team where collaboration was vital and I worked well as part of a team, assisting others and helping with workload cover. I worked on a number of projects to improve working efficiency within the team, including a project to completely redo a Microsoft excel tool which involved collating information, liaising with our APAC and American team and creating the tool to be used ongoing within the team in all regions. I had a proven 100% accuracy level in auditing and showed very high attention to detail. The role involved plenty of problem solving and I faced these challenges with a logical approach and followed through until issues were fully resolved. I managed multiple inbox's daily and had to prioritize work to ensure tasks were completed with SLAs.
