Provided academic vision and leadership, shaped the curriculum, budget, and programming. Supervised staff in managing day-to-day operations.--Created the first Race & Ethnicity course available within the LHSP curriculum--Wrote and administered three-year strategic budget plan--Arts-integrative teaching spotlighted in University Musical Society white paperReceived 2016 CRLT, Faculty Development Fund Grant to develop first-year Race & Ethnicity course centered in writing and the arts.
