      Successfully completed one year long project in company on,“Study & Optimization of Molding Parameters, Rejection Analysis & Control in Injection Molding” and presented research paper on same.The objective of this project work is to study & develop process parameters & cut down the rejection rate of injection molded automotive components where products have suffered due to heavy rejection. Different quality tools like Pareto chart, causes & effect diagram can be used to overcome such difficulties with root causes analysis of the rejection. Standard operating procedure can be implemented as per the process parameters, analysis & study, and taking corrective action. This can be achieved by analyzing & root cause of the major problem. Development projects Implementation as per development guideline Responsible for testing of compounds, fabrics and finished products, 3rd party inspections, new product development towards market needs.
