Some major projects have included;• UMASS & Harrington Hospital Merger; Managed a team of 8 engineers and technicians successfully transitioning software and equipment from Harrington to UMass compliant systems. This involved converting software, replacing outdated Harrington equipment with UMass compliant alternatives, and providing comprehensive training to users on how to navigate the new software effectively. Additionally, the team installed various peripherals such as printers, badge readers, barcode scanners, UPCs, and credit card readers to ensure seamless functionality within the UMass environment• UMASS Evergreen Project & Conversion Project; Leading a team of 8 technicians and engineers, we managed the end-of-life cycle project, which included replacing obsolete equipment no longer suitable for the environment. Our responsibilities encompassed conducting comprehensive inventory assessments and appropriately packaging retired equipment for disposal by asset management, adhering to established protocols. Additionally, as UMass transitioned away from older active directory policy management protocols, we ensured computers not included in the evergreen project were converted to the updated management policy via Active Directory. Any computers unable to be converted were replaced with compliant equipment, facilitating a seamless transition for UMass operations.• RI and MA School District Project; Lead groups of 5 to 7 technicians in installing, imaging, and setting up 100+ Google Smart Monitors for 15 schools.
