      The Branch Support Manager (BSM) assist the Branch Manager (BM) with the daily office aspects of the Branch. The BSM will supervise and assist the Project Coordinators (PCs) through proper direction, development, coaching, and guidance. The BSM must ensures the PCs are effectivity utilizing their time as the BSM ensures program deadlines, coordination and scheduling of new emergencies and existing jobs, an scheduling all Project Managers (PM's) inspections are met. In an effort to keep the PMs organized and make certain bills are on time, the BSM will assist with the PM file reviews. Ensuring collecton issues and/ or questions are dealt with in a timely matter, the BSM will track all AR issues per PM and collaborate with both, AR and PMs, towards a solution. When the BM is out of the office, the BSM will be the stand-in and will also, be involved in the daily decision making involving RTO's, Asset Requests, Supply orders, and worker discipline. when needed. BSM will be involved in the hiring process, assisting with interview set ups, following up on referrals and making pre-hire phone calls and potential hires.
