Making use of my experience and knowledge with Wales & West Utilities to help create a new core system that is not only fit for purpose, but delivers improvements across the business. The role involves acting as an interface point between the IT implementation team and the wider business during the life of the project and understanding the end to end process flows and interactions. The role will then evolve into testing, developing testing programs, preparing process documentation and training material.
