  Modern Interiors mostly in banking/retail fit out projects, high end interior contracting and design specialized in large range of commercial areas and refurbishment in corporate project.At modern interiors I was introduced to Design Construction projects with special emphasis on interiors providing high end projects.I was Site (Architect) at the refurbishment project of new Sumitomo Cairo offices at the prestigious renowned NIlE CITY towers of Egypt.Also I was participating at many many technical office daily jobs for many banks at Cairo including quantity surveying, taking off, snag list, site as built drawings.Producing construction drawings for luxurious villas in the Golf communities as well under his sister company ASHRAF SADEK consultancy .   At Designers Office my talent as merely an architect with many design skills that can provide as one of the main designers at the office . I was able to design many projects successfully at a different level size that gained a lot of satisfaction due to providing a creative realistic practical designs ranging from Hospitality , Commercial, Office & residential.The process of design I start giving free hand clear sketches starting from the proposal phase then after work with the architectural at DEsign development till we reached the final detailed design. I also provided all necessary detailed design needed for Construction as Wall section and details that ensure applicability of my design. My design is always an integrative as this is part of my design way of thinking. Show less

  I am Project (PMC) Coordinator at Dar Al-Handassah one of most prestigious world ranked interdisciplinary consultancies.Through my Job I work Coordinating between different departments and construction team interfacing with the contractor to ensure the project flow of project ongoing tasks .It needs a Follow up for design department progress in the supervision projects. Beside that am a group leader for document controlling team to maintain the documentation management system held at some of mega projects.At PMC ( project management & Contracts ) department I perform and handle many other related tasks and are being exposed to a very professional project management environment.Since 2017, I am a LEED AP Speciality at ID+C to enhance my sustainability experiences for further progress .
