  In my role as an Assistant Technical Director, I was responsible for everything from sound and lighting design to stage management, backstage work, and maintenance. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, I exhibited flexibility, quick thinking, and a problem-solving approach to achieve a successful production. I supported the technical director in areas of sound and lighting design, carpentry, maintenance, and backstage work. As a result of our team efforts, Pippin's sound design received the Cappie Award.

  For 4 years, I contributed to efficient setting up and breaking down of various types of shows at multiple and diverse venues. These locations include the Merriweather Post Pavilion, Hippodrome, Columbia Lake Front, Hilton, Baltimore Convention Center, Ravens Stadium. I also worked with the traveling show Menopause the Musical, and 1st Mariner Arena. I also worked with teams in sound lighting, carpentry preparation, strike, and AV work.

  I was the Head Coach of Rugby Camp for Howard County Parks and Recreation. I taught the basic skills of rugby to a team of youngsters ages 5-15. Apart from teaching the game basics, I also focused on teamwork, communication, sportsmanship, and simply having fun.
