  - In partnership the SRIM’s founding partner, recruited to lead the development and effective management of a sustainable growth strategy which resulted in SRIM achieving sales in excess of $120M/ annum in 2021- Initiated the identification and management of results-oriented business development partnerships, providing best-fit solutions to multiple insurance providers within amateur and professional sports; as demonstrated in the development of a custom program for CFL (2015) which was comprised of risk management procedures and protocols and enabled the CFL and insurers to develop a mutually successful long-term program- Established and led the implementation of a customer and employee focused culture of respect, communication, and success; oversaw a team of of 130 professionals nationally and under leadership organization was recognized by Globe and Mail as one of the best places to work in 2019- Led the organization through complex changes resulting from major global economic fluctuations (including political, environmental, catastrophe, capital reductions, and regulatory change); application of proactive solution-based change management resulted in organization achieving year-over-year profitability for 26-year relationship with Lloyds of London (SRIM’s largest insurance provider)- Spearheaded the organization’s successful acquisition in 2020 for $110M and following which maintained executive position; reporting to the US Board of Directors, oversaw the organization’s Canadian achievement of strategic objectives supporting a ~32% growth in 2020 (~$25M)- Initiated and led various community development projects, many of which were achieved in partnership with the BC Lions; highlighted initiatives include SRIM’s contributions of $150K+ annually to numerous community-based programs Show less
