  My role was to set up adult safeguarding multi-agency meetings and conferences, doing all ad hoc administrative tasks involved.- My role included minute taking, concentratating over lengthy periods of time, analysing complicated information which is sensitive, confidential and at times disturbing.- I deliver a flexible administrative service to a diverse range of internal clients to a high standard. This includes: creating complicated documents in specialist ICT software, electronic filing systems, report writing, organisation of large events, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, and chasing customers for payment.- I co-ordinate case conferences which involve arranging dates, booking rooms, informing/inviting attendees of arrangements and distributing highly confidential documentation.- I provide on-the-job training to colleagues on specific aspects of the provisions of the administrative service such as on online filing.- I have a proficient telephone manner and customer service experience.- I am highly experienced in working under strict deadlines and KPI’s.- I have proficient communication skills due to working with a diverse range of people, such as members of the public, health professionals, social workers, police officers and care providers.- Use of computer software including but not restricted to Word, Excel and Outlook.
