  My Duties and Responsibilities Include;• Maintain a safe and health working environment• Document shiftly production reports• Efficient ultilisation of man power and row materials to optimese production• Inspection of final packaged product to ensure compliance with specified quality standards• Conduct monthly stock count of the packaging materials• Conduct specific tranings and meetings for the team• Safely operate packaging plant and equipment through SCADA, HMI• Monitor production process on shift and correct any negative treds• Maintain, operate, and control the process in packaging plant• Oversee packaging technical issues during production process• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule• Troubleshooting and rectifying process problems• Perform general Autonomouse operation and maintenance• Direct work with MCC contained PLC, VFD and other control devices• Maintain reliability of process machine by comply with all maintenance• Perform proper problem solving• Train process team technical issues related to their process• Assist process team on problem solving• Review production machine maintenance plan• Clean, inspect, tag, and lubricate machine• Repair basic, minor and major machine components• Manage PIM&POMS and take corrective actions• Perform quick fixes, adjust (fine-tune) machine settings and do change overs• Discard and replace basic machines components• Carry out complex maintenance tasks, machine set-up and operator coaching• Interpret and implement production plan for the shift• Ensure process quality and productivity• Carrying out Autonomouse maintenance in order to bring the machine to its original • conditions so as to enhance production• Run all the machines on the line and cover wherever an operator is not around• Performing quality at source Show less My Duties and Responsibilities Include;• Perform full autonomous operations-lubrication and cleaning (ATO)• Monitoring and control packaging process as per SOP through SCADA operation• Operating machines using HMI and SCADA system• Work direct with VPO tools with 100% mindset• Perform 5S for the job• Work with full monitoring and control on department and plant PI/KPI• Full compliance on all global company policies• Clear checks and control production quality parameters• Conduct starting up,running and ending of production as per standard operating procedure(SOP)• Operate the filler and and conduct all quality at source required at the filler as per standard• Document machine checklist in order to check if machine operation is out of deviation or not and reduce downtime• Able to multi task,operate at least more than five machines on the line• Basic machine repair of conveyors slat chain and chain adjustment• Conducting safety meeting• Copturing of (SIOs) safety incident observation• Initiate (5why?) problem solving tool (job card)• Implementing of all safety practices and procedures as per company policy• Conducting of good 5s practises (sort,set,shine,standardise and sustain)• Implemeting of maintenance,managment,safety,quality,environmental pillars under plant optimisation pillars (VPO) Show less
