      - Execution of operational plans required to ensure customer intimate approach to management of hospital communities; working in conjunction with the Vice President of Community Operations to provide support across areas. - Work in conjunction with the National Strategic Partnerships team and member hospitals to executive fundraising initiatives with national partnerships. - Responsible for implementation of fundraising initiatives for six regional Greek partnerships with: Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity, Phi Mu Fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, Sigma Chi Fraternity, and Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. - Serve as primary liaison between hospital Program Director's and CMN Hospitals National staff through ongoing communication and response to hospital needs related to partners and programs. - Develop and maintain relationships with key partner contacts at the regional/mid-management level to ensure continual support for growth of fundraising across hospital communities; including relationships with partners like Costco, Panda Express and Walmart. - Strive to understand the needs of 8 hospital communities to effectively manage guidance and development of hospital teams to maximize productivity.
