Presented India with 12 International Roller Skaters for Asian and World Championships over the period of five years. Enhanced the number of National winners from 3 to 14 and the strength of the academy from 12 to 300 in a span of 5 yrs Coached, mentored and trained a group of 300 for 12 sessions a week resulting in 14 National Medalists in a period of 5 yrs.
