General Managers in our organization execute our own mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance, analytics of P&L statements, guest complaint rectification, hiring, redirections, recruiting, onboarding, training, and B2B an B2C marketing. I worked in all first-line roles. I helped guide guests into the car wash tunnel with enthusiasm. After getting certified in the tunnel, I worked on polishing my sales presentation skills and interpersonal abilities. After trying to master all first-line roles, I began expressing interest in Leadership opportunities.
