Led multiple strategic university-wide projects, providing insights, and recommendations to the Dean of Students and Associate Vice Provost of Academic and Student Affairs.-Established and trained first paid Risk Management Graduate Assistant position to drive benchmarking assessment, and programming for risk education, management, and prevention. -Recruited and reinstated a total of eight organizations to help expand the fraternity community and meet the needs of more students. -Advised, selected, and trained the Judicial Board of the Interfraternity Council. Through peer accountability and collaboration with stakeholders, this Judicial Board received regional recognition for the reduction of violations and the development of training manual and conduct process.-Maintained fiscal oversight of program budgets while utilizing appropriate procurement and contracting practices. -Trained 95 Recruitment Captains during the Interfraternity Council Formal Recruitment to help reduce any misinformation from the patrons as well as risk issues during this process. First year resulted in 4 minor incidents down from 3 major and 12 minor incidents year prior. Second year resulted in 2 minor incidents both of which were reported by the perpetrator.-Developed educational, prevention, harm reduction, and risk management curriculum and training on issues of concern for fraternities and sororities as aligned with the Clay R. This segment has resulted in both graduate assistants receiving employment. This segment has been redeveloped for 18 graduate assistants in Student Life. -Designed job aids to help students complete end-of-the-year reports. Job aids have resulted in an increase of end-of-the-year reports completed and submitted on time. Accuracy of reports have also increased by 64 percent.-Developed educational, prevention, and harm reduction curriculum and training for new members for 48 organizations. This training has helped to reduce conduct violations and health risks.
