Ensured the $51-billion AEHF/MILSTAR satellite system provided the DoD and President survivable, enduring, critical command and control communications through all levels of conflict. Selected as the Senior Crew Evaluator, the top operational position, and directed the certification and evaluation of all 150+ satellite operators. As a Mission Commander, led day-to-day operations for the satellite system and supervised crew of 15. As a Payload Engineer led a 45 day/50-person team during initial testing on a $3.3-billion new satellite constellation. Show less
