Each year through the management of contractors & suppliers (some is PMC model), successfully delivered 200 new retail sites in Shell China, make sure that these new sites meet Shell's global technical standards and Chinese national standards, total engineering cost of approximately US$180 million;2. Engaged Shell internal and external stakeholders, and led Shell China 7 JV companies within three years successfully completed Single Wall Tank upgrading project for 1,000 retail sites with Capex cost of $250 million, no contractor TRCs in 6 million manpower hours, saved 208 million liters fuel. This project is highly recognized by China's Ministry of Environmental Protection.3. Provided the integrated solutions of traditional energy and new energy in retail sites.4. Collaborated with Shell global team, local contractors & suppliers to deliver innovative projects, so far these projects have brought approximately $50 million value to business.
