  In this position I have worked within the CMOD department as a non-customer facing agent to assist with the influx of pandemic related workouts. This involves me working independently to assist the customer in finding hardship relief by reviewing certain requirements for potential pandemic related workouts. Self-motivation and goal setting is a skill required when working independently, I continue to represent these skills by meeting short and long term goals. In this position I worked in a fast-paced call center environment to handle incoming and outgoing calls for the corporation. I interacted with customers in a positive and friendly manner in order to help provide foreclosure prevention options. Empathy and care is required when it comes to loss mitigation calls, and I use those skills as I provide workout options to the customer in order to prevent foreclosure. In this position I worked in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment to handle incoming calls for the corporation. I would interact with customers in a positive and friendly manner in order to help take payments, send out requested documents or route calls to the proper department.
