      Worked with the delivery team to provide support for AT&T’s newly launched sites in New Mexico, Hawaii and San Diego markets.Performed operations such as post launch performance monitoring using ENIQ(Ericsson network IQ statistics) and OSS for various LTE KPIs such as Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility which includes RRC Setup success rate, ERAB Setup Success rate, IRAT Handover success rate, DL & UL Throughput measurement. Carried out performance monitoring of newly on-air site and audits for Golden Parameters across the network. Performed tilt audits for finding out the optimum angles and parameter checks such as RSRP, UL-RSSI and Throughput during the test to identify issues such as poor coverage, high interference, etc. Show less
