  1. Responsible for design reviewing of new aromatic units, Such as Reformer/Continuous Catalyst Regeneration(CCR)/Aromatic Extractive Distillation(AED)/Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA).2. After reviewing initial design, proposed important opinions and suggestions such as adding de-olefin reactor in CCR unit, increasing extraction device benzene tower in AED unit, and changing PSA mode into VPSA mode in PSA unit. 3. Reviewed and examined the basic and detailed design of new units, and submitted comments and suggestions such as design conditions confirmed, process optimized, units layout modified, and pipeline design checked. 4. Wrote producing preparation plan: technical specifications of equipment installation, start-up and shutdown plan. 5. Negotiated technologies and Equipment with Suppliers and involved in the important equipment bidding and patent technology. 6. Prepared unit Start-up: organization to confirm conditions before going into operation. Examined devices by PSSR and verified the rectifications of piping installation. 7. Organized the unit Start-up: pipeline Flushing and purging, air tightness, hydraulic pressure test, commissioning with water, fist-run operation. 8. Optimized the technical process of new Units: Groped for optimal operating parameters, qualified the product of Benzene, Gasoline, Hydrogen, LPG, and by-products. Calculated, evaluated the economic parameters of the various units and formulated the optimal production plan. Monitored product quality and calculated production rates such as Aviation kerosene, LPG, Cyclopentane, Benzene, Toluene, Platformate raffinate and MX (mix xylene), high purity hydrogen. Made recommendations and/or adjustments to maintain product quality and yields. 4. Completed relevant production monthly reports: processing installations report, energy consumption report, material balance report, measuring instruments ledger and installation operation procedure.5. Brought all elements of a project together and made certain that all elements proceed satisfactorily on schedule and within the money allowed; and initiated corrective action as required.
