  Assisted in managing in-house public affairs events and roundtables with health professionals and parliamentarians, designing agendas, briefings and delegate packs. Assisted in the delivery of All Party Parliamentary Group report launch events in Westminster and helped to plan the BHF stand and messaging for Labour and Conservative Party Conferences. Designed presentations for the CEO, and helped to brief him for high profile meetings and events. Attended multiple high profile events alongside the CEO, including a Parliamentary Reception at Stormont and the European Heart Network Annual Workshop in Italy. These included scientific laboratory tours, Q and A sessions and drop ins. Coordinated with and booked venues, catering and audio-visual companies.Managed on the day logistics, instructing volunteers and trouble-shooting issues. Assisted with other legacy marketing events on a regular basis as well as designing and running a series of internal awareness events across BHF sites. Used One CRM to track supporter relationships and IPOS for product orders.
