  Startup, job search for IT-specialists. I was solo designer on the team, so I worked on all tasks connected with UX, UI, research for checking some solutions, and aslo I looked for new ideas to impact the value proposition.In the process of research I used ux-tests, a/b tests, custdev interviews and competitors analysis.Achievements:- We raised conversion to response for about 15 percent in our Telegram-bot, when I found how we could improve user experience almost without design, with one little change. My goals there are enhancing speed and quality of hiring, and aslo research of how we can raise retention and keep employed.
