   Coordinating and monitoring different line departments for effective implementation of different livelihood programme in the district.  Preparing Comprehensive District Annual Plan in consultation with all line departments with special focus on livelihood activities.  Formulating Micro Level Plan for development of unconnected villages in consultation with PRI members and other stakeholders.  Organizing consultation workshop for PRI members on decentralization planning process.  Preparing Detail Project Report (DPR) for livelihood promotion in consultation with other line department i.e Veterinary, Fishery, Agriculture, Horticulture & ORMAS. Coordinating different department, organizing different workshop & preparing plan of action to improve 47 key Performance Indicators of 5 major sectors i.e Health & Nutrition, Education, Agriculture & Water Resource, Financial Inclusion & Skill Development & Basic Infrastructure under of the Aspirational District Programme in this district.  Preparing Plan of Action on reward money received from NITI Aayog. Preparing of Short Term & Long Term Plan for comprehensive development of 5 major sectors i.e Health & Nutrition, Education, Agriculture & Water Resource, Financial Inclusion & Skill Development & Basic Infrastructure.  Preparing analytical report on Key Performance Indicators of the district to ensure data driven development in the district.  Monitoring Sectoral changes and framing strategy and activities to improve Key Performance Indicators at Champion of Change Dashboard of NITI Aayog. The district was rewarded twice by NITI Aayog.  Preparation of Plan of Action to redress the issue of infrastructure gap and promotion of Smart classroom in the district.  Monitoring & implementation of “Surakshit Dada-Dadi & Nana- Nani Abhiyan” & “Surakshit Hum Surakshit Tum Abhiyan” in collaboration with NITI Aayog, Piramal Foundation & local NGOs.
