      My main role as Office Support Engineer was provide a fantastic support experience to the customer, solving issues and helping the Installation and setup of Exchange Online features for the modern support of Office 365.As Support Engineer my role is to provide technical support to IT administrators making troubleshooting, managing, and resolving customer issues. Within the scope of supported scenarios I provide technical support to: Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory Synchronization (DirSync, ADSync and Azure AD Connect), Exchange Server (when in a Hybrid scenario) and Exchange Online, covering the mailbox migration (scenarios using the methods IMAP, Staged, Cutover and Hybrid), Outlook 2010/2013/2016, Windows Powershell, Office 365 users and domain management, Security and Compliance features (Information Rights Management, Mobile Device Managament, Data Loss Prevention, Auditing, Archiving and Encryption), DNS Management (MX, TXT, CNAME records), Autodiscover configuration and others.In Apr 2017 I had the opportunity to train two new Office 365 support team in Athens-Greece, helping to meet customer requirements.The training was develop by me following the standards of Teleperformance Office 365 Trainings.
