I held roles in branch operations, cash accounting and was one of the employees to work on campus in Concord when they consolidated back office operations in Concord, CA. I eventually transferred to the newest Small Business Banking Division. After working in loan documentation, I was promoted to supervisor and finally to AVP, Project Manager. I lead the division in the bank's overall efforts to streamline and automate various operations functions throughout the Small Business Banking Division.
