  I started my career as a photographer at Captain Marvin's Watersports. I received professional training and utilized my background in sales and marketing to earn commissions on photo sales. I excelled quickly and took a hands-on approach to learning other aspects of the industry. As a result, I became more involved as a guide, leading tours and selling photos. Eventually, I started my own business and offered outsourced photo and tour management services to local tour operators, helping with brand and business development.   As the Talent Development Manager at Inspire Cayman Training, my main focus is leading the "Inspired to Hired" Apprenticeship Program, helping my clients bridge the gap between training and real-world job opportunities. I work closely with industry partners to recruit vetted candidates for internships/ apprenticeships and employment opportunities, while also collaborating with government officials and stakeholders to keep our programs growing and impactful.I’m also committed to making sure our training programs, like the Ready2Work program (funded by WORC), stay relevant and aligned with industry trends. By keeping an eye on the job market, I help shape our curriculum so students leave with the skills employers are looking for.Beyond that, I provide one-on-one coaching and performance management, helping students build confidence, develop workplace skills, and prepare for long-term success. Whether through engaging presentations or hands-on training, I enjoy guiding individuals as they take the next step in their careers.I also lend a hand with HR support within the organization, making sure our team and participants have what they need to thrive.
