  I was employed by Programmed Marine as Chief Cook, my key roles were daily menu development, product ordering and budget control, drafting position descriptions, staff management and leadership. I met this vessel in Cape Town, South Africa and had the responsibility of establishing systems for the galley and its staff to run efficiently. The vessel required managing daily cooking duties as a norm, and also required extensive cleaning to ensure it met the entry standards of Australian Quarantine after the 21 day voyage. These vessels catered for 120 persons. Show less Employed for TMS as Chief Cook, I flew up to Malaysia to setup the vessel Calamity Jane for the Project running in the Gorgon Field. This vessel had a POB of 74, I cooked in the Galley during the day, with one other cook, plus managing the 2 cooks on night shift. My duties consisted of ordering of provisions, leading my teams, menu development and budget control.The vessel required managing daily cooking duties as a norm, and also required extensive cleaning to ensure it met the entry standards of Australian Quarantine after the 5 day voyage.
