  Served as the legal advisor/law expert for the Federal Ministry of Finance Islamabad, at Pakistan Secretariat and served in 1026 court cases and provided the legal services to the Federal Ministry of Finance as the Advisor, counsel and pleader before the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts (of Punjab, KPK and Sindh) and also before the Services Tribunals. Besides these services in the courts, I have also delivered the services as the internal advisor/consultant to all wings of the Ministry of Finance i.e.: Regulations Wing, Litigation Wing, Corporate Finance Wing, Investment Wing, External and Internal Finance Wings and Banking and Budget Wings of the Finance Division, etc. The detail of some of the important contested cases before the Honorable Supreme Court and High Courts have been mentioned hereunder.
