Shift supervisor responsible for training of airmen under my command. Schedule staff to insure adequate coverage for a 24/7/365 operation.

Prepared a $600,000 capital budget for the renovation of the Bronx Dispatch department. I then successfully relocated 75 employees without interruption of service to our customers.
