Completed major repairs to the building cooling and heating systems that included the complete rebuilding of the cooling tower, repair of the steam absorption system, repairs to the pneumatic controls, and replacement of the steam heat exchange with Consolidated Edison of New York City. Transferred to the New York City Bronx, Brooklyn region in 2003. I planned and implemented the relocation of departments and offices for employees as part of a company re-organization. Prepared a $600,000 capital budget for the renovation of the Bronx Dispatch department. I then successfully relocated 75 employees without interruption of service to our customers. Reviewed and recommended changes to the bid documents for service vendors.
