  Leading and managing a region from Bucks to Warwickshire to Derbyshire in the North, leading and supporting a team of senior education professionals, building a team of well qualified and high effective coaches and working alongside local providers and partners of education services, writing national materials and lead QA for the Pupil Premium Practice review service at Achievement for All. Lead and manage a region for Achievement for All 3As. I support schools to register with the Schools Programme, I lead and manage a group of 21 coaches and approximately 100 schools. I am a member of the national training team for Achievement for All 3 AS. I speak and lecture across the region on behalf of the charity and support leaders and schools where and when ever I can!

  I am a School Improvement professional; delighted to lead NCA and work in 45 schools! Coaching is a benchmark and where true transformation can take place! I work alongside local Senior Leaders/Head Teachers by request as an active professional coach and school improvement lead, usually on bespoke projects. I am an enthusiastic member of the Association for Coaching and train leaders and school staff in coaching. Working actively across the West Midlands region, my client group spans many industries and walks of life. Current projects include: Leading coaching training for school leaders, facilitating a peer coaching group of headteachers, supporting specific projects in schools working with NCA, designing and presenting governor training and designing/leading a PSHE network in Slough; collaborating with LIME.
