  In my role as General Manager, I’m pretty much all things to all people – I have an intimate understanding of our business and the products we create, and it’s my responsibility to make sure we’re working as efficiently and productively as we can. That, of course, means communicating with our clients, keeping them informed, and providing them with on-going support. I also conduct training sessions. I love doing this – imparting knowledge and being enthusiastic are what I do best. And there’s so much to be enthusiastic about – we are developing cutting edge technology that’s revolutionising the way our clients work.I see myself as a conduit between the ‘real’ world and ‘developing’ world – assisting in the evolution of our software, keeping it relevant, and giving our clients the confidence to move forward with us.
