  - Designed the final test fixture for a new product using SolidWorks and created part drawings for production of the fixtures.- Completed the hardware and software design for a fixture to fatigue test 15 rapid pressure rise relays to verify parts from a new supplier. A pneumatic system was used to cycle pressure within the units for 1M cycles, checking calibration every 100k cycles.- Lead 3 different week-long kaizen (continuous improvement) events to increase productivity and reduce DPM in manufacturing cells.
