The role involves being part of a specialist UK based team and working at other BAE systems sites. I am one of three HR advisors for the South Coast of the UK with an employee population of approximately 8000. The role is to provide end to end case management of disciplinary, grievance, absence, long term sick and other relevant Employee Relation cases by coaching and providing advice to line managers. Typical caseload ranges from 20 - 30 cases at any one time. Experience includes working with managers of all levels from Director to Team Leader. Trade Unions are an important stakeholder at Portsmouth Naval Base with a strong presence of around 90% membership level. Strong experience of Stakeholder Management with relevant management and HR.
