  Based in the London office, I pro-actively monitored cashflows, covenants and value across all asset classes with a wide range of clients. I led on more than 100 major restructurings and enforcements, eliciting total fresh cash injections from borrowers of more than £200m, with a strong focus on developments.- Built CRE’s loan asset management framework to become one of the most robust platforms in Europe as DB’s balance sheet expanded from c. €5-10bn from 2014-2019; established weekly committees with senior managers and Credit team, simplified quarterly reporting format to ensure better internal upstream data flow.- Led on over 100 restructurings during tenure (remotely during COVID pandemic), generating terms, validating these with CRE and Credit committees and then leading all negotiations with Sponsors up to documentation. - Agreed equity injections of over £20m from UK/Chinese joint sponsors on heavily delayed prime Mayfair high-end residential development with two Asian senior co-lenders and US private equity mezzanine lender. Anchored various dispute resolutions up to full repayment in 2022.- Negotiated separate equity injections totalling more than €7m with US sponsors on mixed Italian legacy quasi-NPL portfolio with general market-driven issues and various tenant- and developer-related disputes.- Arranged discounted loan sale of distressed UK retail mall in 2022 to Scandinavian private equity firm, where co-senior lender retained blocking position.- During current CRE crisis, helped to generate and analyse, and then personally delivered stress-test analyses and book overviews to Global CRE and divisional heads.- Established strong relationships with broad range of sponsors (e.g. Blackstone, Apollo, Starwood, Brockton, Ares, Greenoak, Arora, McArthur Glen, Dilmon), working across all CRE asset classes.
