  State of CT Plans Officer for the formulation of Mobilization and Demobilization plans, policies and execution. Programming and budgeting data pertaining to units set to deploy overseas requiring interface with various military services and their components. Formulates Mobilization plans, procedures, unit notification and implementation. Accountable for the development of detailed mobilization and demobilzation plans, instructions and resourcing requirements for a particular federal or state missions. Initiates plans, coordinates and facilitates monthly reporting with the National Guard Bureau (NGB) in Washington DC.
