The team has a shared passion for data, dashboarding and data driven decision making.Connecting business performance with insights from a financial, website, assortment, customer and market perspective helps us to understand what drives our business and what actions to take in order to improve performance. Through a very close collaboration with the category teams, and their specific category knowledge, we strive to align our actions with our business strategy and search for data driven, smart, and innovative ways to optimize and improve them. Combining forces exploits a natural synergy between these teams.In my role I love to contribute to the growth and development of the team on the one hand, and on the other hand working with all teams together to contribute to the digital transformation of our B&S department.
