  IEPL is the world's largest manufacturer of high-performance hot air stenter machines and textile flyers. The stenter machine ensures uniform dimensions, achieving a consistent width throughout, applies finishing chemicals, and adjusts shade variation, while the textile flyer is a rotating device that adds twist to roving. I've completed two significant projects. These include the optimization of the fabrication and assembly processes for the stenter machine, resulting in a time reduction, as well as automating the fettling process for textile spinning flyers. Through this, IEPL stands a chance to elevate their production capacity, minimize costs, and accelerate the delivery of products to customers, thereby reinforcing their dedication to the market.   RTUL, a joint venture with Telsonic AG Switzerland is a leader in design, development, manufacture and marketing of a wide range of ultrasonic machines for ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic sieving, ultrasonic non-destructive testing, ultrasonic sonochemistry, ultrasonic Fabric cut and seal, and specialized applications.- I've successfully conducted more than 500 technical applications spanning a range of machinery and SPMS. These applications encompassed conducting trials at varied frequencies for distinct products, parts, or components intended for permanent assembly or joining. Additionally, I collaborated with industrial manufacturers on both national and international levels.- Being part of the integration, assembling, machine vision inspection and production trials of 50+ projects.- I've visited 5 organizations for field installation purposes.- I've performed 500 or more maintenance equipment tests, which likely involve evaluating the functionality and performance of machine components or assemblies.- I've worked with different types of controllers, performing rapid testing and troubleshooting.- I've consulted with various Clients to understand their technical requirements.- I've collaborated with different vendors for quality assurance and time management.- I have actively contributed to the development and revision of technical manuals for a range of machinery and SPMS. - I've successfully executed over 1000 laser markings across diverse materials, systematically refining parameters to enhance both power efficiency and quality assurance.- My active role in photographing various machines for advertising and manual production highlights a creative dimension within my professional responsibilities.- I've instituted the 5S methodology across various departments.
