Staff specialist to the State Forester; responsible for all the agency’s functions relating to forest resource management on non-industrial private forests, including: Cooperative Forest Management, Landowner Incentive Programs, and Demonstration Forests. Administered all Cooperative Management Programs in Baltimore County, MD, including: Forest Resource Management, Forest Product Utilization, Forest Fire Protection, and Urban and Community Forestry.
